Before any recruitment processing begins, the operator must identify the legal recruiting entity and privacy contact, specific recruitment purposes, lawful bases, sources of candidate information, recipient employers, retention periods, security, international transfers, rights and relevant supervisory authority. Sourced candidates will receive appropriate Article 14 information. Candidate introductions will require transparent lawful sharing.
