2. Website delivery

This website is published through GitHub Pages. Accessing it necessarily involves technical communications such as your IP address, requested URL, browser and time of access. GitHub and infrastructure providers may process technical data for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Relevant privacy information: GitHub Privacy Statement. The operator must confirm the provider's logging and retention practices.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Technical delivery and security are assessed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in providing and securing this website), subject to an operator-specific balancing test. Additional processing, if introduced, requires its own legal basis and disclosure.

4. Forms, applicants and analytics

This website does not accept contact-form submissions, direct CV uploads or newsletter subscriptions. Visitors can express interest in career profiles using their own email application and may voluntarily attach a CV. Such emails and attachments are received by the email provider rather than stored by the static website. General business enquiries can be sent by email to leoedwalshe@gmail.com. Email enquiries involve processing the sender address, message and any voluntarily supplied details for correspondence; the lawful basis must be confirmed for the actual operator (typically Art. 6(1)(f) for B2B enquiries, subject to balancing). Email service-provider details and retention remain to be verified. Do not send sensitive information. Do not send a CV until the controller's identity and complete candidate privacy information have been published. The page code does not currently load analytics, advertising trackers or nonessential cookies. Following external links may involve processing by those sites. The separate Python backend is not hosted on this static page.

5. Recipients and transfers

Website hosting is provided through GitHub Pages, an online service operated by GitHub, Inc. Its processing may involve access outside the EEA. The operator must verify the provider agreement, transfer mechanisms and other infrastructure providers and no unverified adequacy or SCC claim is made here.

6. Retention

No application or inquiry data is stored by this static site itself. Email interest enquiries and any attached CVs may be held in the recipient's email account; retention terms and a lawful basis must be established and published before processing. Email enquiries sent to the temporary mailbox are processed by the relevant email provider and recipient. Hosting log retention is controlled by the relevant service providers and must be confirmed. 7. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, GDPR rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a competent supervisory authority.
