Understand what the range represents

Our 23-role guide shows modelled annual gross base salaries. These are not confirmed offers, independently verified language premiums or employer-approved budgets.

How the model works

The figures start with Irish role benchmarks, apply a modelled German-language adjustment of 0–5% depending on the function, then add a further 10% uplift. These adjustments are assumptions.

Base salary versus OTE

Sales roles may include variable commission and bonuses. OTE describes target compensation at a stated performance level; ask about quota, ramp-up and payout rules.

Use the numbers in context

Location, experience, sector, technical complexity and the employer's pay structure all matter. Compare roles with similar responsibilities.
